-Returns--All items are refundable, but the returns process must begin within 120 days after the date of receipt. The items must be returned in the same condition as they were in, when shipped. Upon receiving back the item, in the original condition, we will issue the refund. Please contact us with any issues before filing a claim, so that we can resolve the problem. 

Authentication--100% of the items that we sell are pre-authenticated by either Beckett Authentication Services (BAS), James Spence Authentication (JSA) or Professional Sports Authenticators (PSA/DNA).
